If you are using XFile3 within your EVS environment, please make sure your XFile3 is installed with Windows 10 before the installation of this Multicam 20.0 version. Windows 7 is not supported since XFile3 5.4. In case of doubt or in case XFile3 upgrade from Windows 7 to Windows 10 would be needed, don’t hesitate to contact EVS Support or your EVS Account manager.
