Bug fixes:
- No close caption
- Unable to run Full upgrade package
- Upgrade script doesn't work for VM
- Audio left channel only
- High availability doesn't work

The "Full" upgrade has to be used for upgrading from IPWeb 2.x to 3.x.
The "Light" upgrade can only be used for upgrading from IPWeb 3.x to a later 3.x version.
